School-Based Health Center

In-School Health Care

Christina School District is excited to announce that the wellness centers at the Bayard School, Maurice Pritchett St. Academy, Pulaski Early Education Center and Stubbs Early Education Center are operated by Nemours, a leader in pediatric health and wellness.

Having a health center right at school makes it much easier for students to get care. There's no need to arrange a ride, work around a busy schedule, or worry about cost and privacy. Our school-based health centers (SBHCs) offer medical and mental health care, along with health education that encourages healthy habits.

Each SBHC is operated by a partnership that includes Nemours, Christina School District and the Delaware Division of Public Health, Department of Health and Social Services.
